When you visit

I use Fathom Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they find this website. Fathom doesn’t use analytics cookies or follow visitors across unrelated websites. It processes information such as the page URL, referrer, browser details and IP address to produce these reports. See Fathom’s explanation of its data processing for more information.

This site serves its own fonts and images. Some articles link to other websites.

This website is hosted by Vercel, Inc. Vercel processes information such as your IP address, the page you request and information about your browser to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. See Vercel’s privacy notice for more about its services.

When you email me

I use your email address and the information in your message to reply and discuss the work you’re asking about.

When you send a message

The contact page loads a HubSpot form. This connects your browser to HubSpot, which receives information such as your IP address and processes the details you submit. I use your name, email address and message to reply. You can email me directly instead. See the HubSpot privacy policy for how it handles information.

When you book

I use HubSpot for call bookings and Luma for public workshop bookings. Call booking links take you to HubSpot, and workshop ticket links take you to Luma. When you follow a booking link, the provider receives information such as your IP address and handles any details you enter on its site. Their privacy policies explain how they handle your information:

Access, corrections and deletion

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or request its deletion. I may need to keep some information to complete work we’ve agreed on or meet record-keeping requirements.
